I have noted the Bestsellers is base on the qty. Can we use other calculations?

We are selling motorcycle parts, some parts like belt, bulb, rollers, are lower value but with big qty. So in our Bestsellers, these parts are always in the front.

Is there any way to get bestseller with the range, 50% of QTY + 50% of sales value? Or if the Bestsellers can be more flexible, eg, the Bestsellers only show the best sell items in current Category?

I agree on top of that ideally I would like to have a possibility to manually select what product I want to see in best sellers and what products I don't.

then it wouldn't be best sellers. If you want to choose products just use featured.

I second that.

Yes, I agree in regards to bestsellers by category. Maybe the top selling overall on the home page, but when the customer clicks through the menu, the bestsellers in that category are displayed instead.

Yup....Bestsellers in Mobile Phones....or Bestsellers in Laptops....

That'd be fairly easy to write.
