OpenCart 2.3.0.2 in the "return" hacker attack?

I am currently running the "Acunetix Web Vulnerability Scanner scan" service, Although the scan report has not yet been completed.
But i forget to enable Google reCAPTCHA, But Acunetix can actually success submit a large number of forms through the "Returns", In fact, In the clean 2.3.0.2 has 4010 return records.

I want to confirm, If it is like Acunetix to automate the fill form and submit, Does this mean that if I enable Google reCAPTCHA, I can solve the problem?
