how to setup local deliveries on for florist Opencart ver2.3.0.2

hi i have a Florist and am looking for a soluition to handle deliveries. we only delivery within 50km of our location and charge per km. and if possipble could we also use gps for selecting delievery location and calculate driving distance to work out charges or we could do it manually by area.
