struggling with paypal selection

Hi there

I see in open cart there is a number off paypal option you can select. I really don't know which is the best option for me so it does what I want it to do.

Basically I want to authorise credit cards now and capture (and edit) the payment a few days later. Paypal does offer this service but not sure which open cart extension to use to utilise this. Do I select one that is already standard in open cart 2.x or do I find one in the extension store or elsewhere?

Any help appreciated.
