File Manager error

Hi
Some days ago I have deleted the image/cache content. Now I see all images so:

Even if I remove images and upload them again - I see the same "missed images" ...
I have installed the extension called "PH File Manager", but the error is still present.
Can you help? How can I restore my Files Manager?
