Registration Page issues

Hope this is the right place --

I have a clean install of Open Cart 2.3.0.2 with the following mods/theme added

VQmod
Zcart theme
remove affiliates .xml

nothing else.

I have no button to click to register a new user I made changes to the registration last night (admittedly I was tired) now today i have no button and I can't for the life of me remember or find any documentation on the registration page

Go ahead and laugh I am. then i sigh.... lol
