I am creating a new site using version 2.3.0.2

I need modules created that show shipping rates from purolator and Canada post.

I currently have a site that does this using version 1.5.6.4

I will be adding most of the same modules over so it needs to work with the quick checkout module, although it seems like all shipping modules seem to work with it, without any changes.

Currently have a potential developer to build the module for me, waiting for final confirmation.

I only need the purolator module built, I found the Canada post module in the extension store.

Are there any opencart certified partners that can do it? I also want it as an ocmod or vqmod with no core files overwritten.
