opencart v.2.3.0.2 Weight Based Shipping no displaying into checkout page.

Hello all i have install the Easy Page Checkout OC V 2.2 into my opencart 2.3.0.2 version by change some directory path of it. All its working great but some issue arises when i enable weight base shipping its not rendering on checkout page. But when i checkout successfully with other shipping methods and place order again it render the weight based shipping.I walk through all the code but unable to identified the issue. please guide.
