Newsletter Module (OpenCart Addon)

Hi, I just purchased Newsletter Module (OpenCart Addon), is there's a way to place the module to the FOOTER instead of the Right or Left position? Also I just installed it and only shows the email, is missing the name field. Where do I view the people that has register for the newsletter? I'm using OpenCart 1.4.8b...
