Hello

If the customer place order.. then i update order status or i add comment in order.. why the customer didnt get notification on account area and in order history?

The customer cant know if hes order have an update or no .. why he must join to the order history?

I want add notification at the account and order history.. what should i do?

when you update the order status at that time you have to click the checkbox which is available there with Notify the customer label

Hello,
It notify the customers by email by default it do not show a notification in order history page in opecart.
If you need that it can be created as a custom addon.
