Hello everybody.
I'm using Opencart version 2.2.0.0. If I try to install an extension (in this case, this one), I get the following error:
Image
The progress locks at "extracting files". The error logs show nothing for today's date. The FTP details are configured correctly. The website is hosted on Aruba, which filters FTP access by IP, but the filter was temporarily deactivated.
What can I do? Thanks in advance.

you have to make sure, that the installation install.xml file is named like:
import_export.ocmod.xml
And as long as it does not confirm the installation, it's not installed.
And you possibly have to UPLOAD the Subdirectories by FTP, to make it work

I have tried the following:
*Renamed the install.xml file in the zip and tried to install it through the Extensions Manager, didn't work
*Extracted the .zip, uploaded the two folders files inside the "upload" folder through FileZilla, then uploaded the import_export.ocmod.xml through the Extensions Manager, didn't work either
I get the same "error undefined" box in both cases.
What can I do? Thanks.

Inside the extension's .ocmod.zip file, there's a folder called "upload":

Inside this folder, there are these two folders:

I uploaded these two folders to my website's root.
