Special Price Invoice is that possible ?

Is there a mod that will allow me to generate an invoice for a SPECIAL PRICE 'product' That when customers pays via PayPal it gets added as a sale in admin ? Preferably with brief description of the job.

I print mugs etc. and have prices for set quantites .that works fine. But regularly I get requests for bespoke jobs and i then quote and send a paypal invoice, but then the customer is not in my opencart admin. It would be more convenient to generate an invoice in opencart and keep thinsg tidy.
