Problem with OpenBay Pro modul and service :-(

I have subscribed to openbay pro as well as to Ebay lister pro. Which is about 25$/Month.
I did receive the module from openbay pro to install on 2.3.0.2 as OpenBay Pro.
Now here the case: The originally included module in 2.3.0.2 named Ebay Listings, says that it is used to see you Listings on ebay to be displayed in you OC shop. Meaning exactly the opposite function of OpenBay Pro modul. Just to make clear for the following issue
Even it says that the openbay pro module is included in the Oc 2.3.0.2. If you take this literally, than it is wrong, there is NO Oenbay Pro named module and even more no one even indicating the function of openbay pro....OC listings to be displayed on EBay. If you install now the attached module, which is just a normal procedure if you get it sent by the developer, you ending up with 2!!! installations of the same module. Which, if i am not mistaken, usually should not be possible if the developer is taking care about the version and naming of it.
Anyway, even if you try to uninstall one of it, both get disabled but not removed. so no way out of the problem.
Only naturally that i did approach the support of OpenBay Pro called Welford Media Limited.
And here the icing on the cake:

Even the installation service offered is only half price of it..

From what I understand with regards to the issues, you're currently running an OpenCart 2.0 store which has OpenBay Pro installed and installed it manually again, which caused 2 to appear. This is a common issue we've seen with version 2.0 versions of OpenCart, I understand as well that you've removed the second installation and the issue is still appearing.

Now if this is a common problem, why does the developer not take any step to fix the bug or issue.... maybe because he can make extra money with it???!
We are at open source development and one of the rules is fair play.... Is this playing by the rules... i don't think so.

I am aware that i am losing more money with each day the installation is not working and i see many issues with openbay Pro when going through the forum.
however is looks that OpenBay Pro is having a MONOPOLY with this module!

Now I have the choice to pay the 60$ or lose even more...
or is there any professional in the community which can fix the problem for a fair price and/or even develop a competing, even more reliable module with the function of OpenBay Pro.
i don't like to ripped off, just because I have no alternative to go for.

Well, this is sure not a correct interpretation, OpenCart is not a WE - Shareware Project, it's a One-Man Show,
it just comes for free. And as a consequence of this, nobody has one single good reason, or right, to complain.
Nobody has been forced, to use OC, and nobody promised to anyone, that one will get a fully equipped
free moneymaker software, doing everything one likes, or plans, as it comes, by default.

In Contrary, OC generates it's SOLE Income, by having DEV's, selling Mod's, and so paying their share back to OC.

Therefore, better don't expect, to have a right to complain, at least, as long as you did not pay for OC itself,
and better don't make OC responsible for problems, not directly related to the basic OC Source. It would
not help, at best, the contrary could be the case, and one possibly just ends up, beeing just 'clicked away' ...

After all, you are the one, trying to create a Business and Income, based on free Code and Knowledge,
so, better accept it, as it comes, or then, just look around for something, better matching your requirements.
No shitstorm, just trying to explain Rules and Fairness...

however could you please kindly properly read my entry.
it is not about OC. it is about OPENBAY PRO which is offered for an amount of 600 british pounds or monthly subscription.
No free ride here.
It is about developers knowing that they have a bug or problems causing to users WHICH PAY FOR IT and try to make extra money from it.
Once again I would recommend you to put openbay into the search in this forum and see how "weak" the software is designed and how little support is really given, except you really pay nice extra money to the developer.
Is that"good practice"??
