Country-based Handling

Country-based Handling allows you to charge one handling fee to customers within your geo zone and a different handling fee to customers out of your geo zone. This is a simple Order Totals extension. No files are modified. Full instructions are in the ReadMe file. Download available under Extensions.

You can label the fee as "Handling" regardless of country or you can add a suffix for in and out of country. For example, I have "Handling (USA)" and "Handling (non-USA)" for mine.
