using the same payment gatway for 2 differnt sites/layouts... possible?

hi
we have one small shop site and we using one payment gateway... for the credit card payment..
now I like to add a second side... with different layout... can we use the same gatway for the payment (redsys)
and in case - yes - how to connect/ or install it
help would be appreciated
