Scenario:
A client needed a way to add recipes for products on his site. He also needed to be able to add recipes as they came in from his visitors (I designed a separate recipe submission form for him) in the back end.
I saw the CMS addon on Qphoria's site, and sent an enquiry via form to him detailing my situation.
He replied with all needed info within 12 hours.
I purchased the CMS addon and installed it in about 10 minutes. The instructions were crystal clear.
As promised, the addon did not overwrite core files (which I have heavily modified at this point).
It works like a charm! BRAVO!
My client has now decided to go with First Data as a payment solution. I still need to talk with their tech dept., but if I determine that integrating their gateway API is a time/money loss for me for what I quoted my client, I have absolutely no qualms about purchasing Qphoria's First Data (connect) payment module (and of course, charging the client!) I have no doubts, however, that it will work as promised.
So, no support issue here, just a well deserved thank you to Qphoria for a great and inexpensive module!
