Every time extensions installer shows File Not Found error. Using 2.1.0.2 version. Using module (file name preorder.ocmod.zip) that I have bought. Tried OCMOD installation as well as "old fashioned" way. Nothing. Extensions installer still tells me File not found. What is the problem?
Double-check that your FTP info is correct in System > Settings > FTP. If it is and you still can't get it working, try installing this free quick fix, which will let the extension installer work without needing FTP info:
