Simple Purcahse Order Module

Hello,

I am new here but somebody told me that somebody has PO module. I need a simple purchase order module but I can not find it here in this forum anymore. Can anybody please tell me where is it?

Q has a commercial one. It's probably in the extensions now, but if not it's on his site.
