Suddenly all our PayPal orders are not showing in OC they come in missing section as cancelled but completed by paypal. can you help or know developers that can help? We have checked the module and yes its set to complete. I have tried activating IPN doesnt help. Have tried uninstalling and re insatlling. we have been using PP standard fine for 2 years and suddenly this??

If it help 2 days ago we made some payments and PayPal asked us to change password for security. We did and since then we have issues . I contacted paypal they said nothing their end

I have googled for 2 days and checked the forums with no joy, can someone help?

A few things that might help track down the problem.

Most importantly: It may be nothing to do with paypal, are you sure it was paypal that asked you to change your password?

Are the paypal credentials in the module correct?

Does paypal have a setting you may have chosen to change the status of payments that get returned?

Have you made any changes to your opencart installation prior to this error occurring?

Have you made any changes to your paypal account prior to this error occurring?

Have you checked that the IPN address is correct at paypal?
