hi one of my top catogories has just stopped working, was working a week ago but now its not, when you click on it on the blue bar it just shows white page with this text

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
no work has been done since it last worked, the other 2 catogories gave the same error until i deleted htacess.txt
