looking for extensions (free, paid, custom)

Hello,
I'm looking for various extensions, if you have something similar to look into or, otherwise, if you can quote the cost for a custom made (please don't spam me - send only price and time to wait for).

- extension for review/testimonial (With 1-5 stars and comment) that is related to each single order (not the product) and triggered only on complete. Similar to ebay.
- extension that adds reward points (or a cumulable fixed amount discount) for each amount of spent money (ex. 10€/$). The reward points/fixed amont discount should be available to use in any case in future orders.
- extension that sets a sort of "premium" status to the customer that reach a predefined total of spent money (all the orders) during the previous month. The premium status expires if during the previous month didn't meet the prefixed total amount.
- extension that allows to assign to specific users (admin area) to view customers and orders only of specific customer groups.

Group Fee or Discount should meet your request. You'll only have to create Premium group and extension will move your customer to it or back to General group.
