Additional option/pricing module

Hi guys, is it possible to create a module to allow a different pricing option / different quantity ordered option?

What I am looking for is to integrate something that will provide a means of ordering a volume of an item...........this is geared around, for example, a site that sells tiles in boxes of so many tiles per box - or provides a method to order, say, 50metres of tiles at a set price per metre?

This seems a bit to confusing for me, any help would be much appreciated.

Create option : "Qty"
Create option values: 10, 20, 50, 100

Not quite what I was looking for. I need something with a little more flexibility.
I need something similiair to what can be seen here.

Anyone know of a module that can be used, or something that is similair and can be tweaked?
