Admin Orders Page Tweak ( Will pay fast! )

Hello,

I have a very small request and it is the following:

1. Instead of only showing the Product name on the orders page (within the admin panel, Sales > Order, admin/index.php?route=sale/order/update), I would like it to show

Product Category > Product Subcategory (if one exists) > Product Name

2. The customer's invoice should also show

Product Category > Product Subcategory (if one exists) > Product Name
