Commweb; switching from test mode to live mode.

Hi, I am trying to change my merchant ID from the test to the live ID via the payment extension in the admin, using the edit feature. When I do the change and click save; I get: 'Success: You have modified CommWeb account details!'.....but when you check on the change use the edit button again, the original test merchant ID is still there.
This causes the heading 'Test Mode' to appear when the customer is directed to the Commweb billing page. I have spoken to my bank and they say its because the test merchant ID needs to changed with the live ID, but I'm finding this impossible to do.
