Hi,

Have you done the Payment gateway integration yourself or by 3rd party? If done by 3rd party then you should contact them.

Are you using a shared/hosted SSL server or your own?

Thank you for your quick reply. I are using the payment gateway by 3rd party(First Data). and I have contacted them. They said my shopping cart has some problem with the connection. And I am using my own SSL on the server. I am using OPENCART v1.4.7, and I bought a First Data payment module from http://www.theqdomain.com . I just wondering whether the payment module could fit for OC1.4.7 ? Thank you!

I'm pretty sure all of Q's mods maintain backward compatibility, but you will need to read the instructions to make sure that there is nothing you need to do for particular versions. I actually have a client using the first data payment module on both a 1.4.7 and a 1.4.8 site with no problems.are you absolutely sure that your SSL is installed correctly on the server? do you have a link to the site?

Hi Xsecrets,
Yes, I have contacted the server company to install the SSL two days ago. Also they told me that the SSL was installed successfully and I saw there is a folder SSL on the server root directory. I appreciate your help!

So what should I do now?
Also I found that the error message still appeared when I click the ' continue' button even I didn't enter any credit card information. Any idea? Thank you
