i cant get the tax app to work how do i add the tax of my country Puerto Rico,USA
It's part of the multi-stage process of setting up Localisation (System > Localisation). You have to set up Currencies, Countries, Zones, GeoZones, and Tax Classes.
Using OC version 1.4.8b
