export import modul is not readable error

hi,I want to upload my excel file, but I get an error like this, "is not readble", I'm using Office 2003, how to solve this problem I can do

test the whole process,
export a file, add 1 row, then import again.

If this works then it is a problem with your file.
if this does not work, then it is a module error
