Paypal 1.4.8

Hi Folks,

I downloaded and installed OpenCart 1.4.8 onto my Web Server. Except when I create an order paypal accepts the payment except the order is put in the missing list. When I checked the IPN Tool on paypal sandbox I got success messages. Can someone please tell me how I can make this work i have none of the additional fixes and patches just whatever was supplied in the install.

Also if paypal is buggy what other low cost solution do you recommend for payment gateway. Also if another version of Opencart will work please suggest this also.
