Different sort orders by default needed, no dropdown

Hi all,

request 1:
2 categories.
In cat "A" all products should be listed by p.date_added as default, with no dropdown field!
In cat "B" all products should be sorted by ...product_was_sold_timestamp...

Products are handmade & unique and switch from cat "A" to cat "B" when they are sold, so maybe there can be an extra field in the product table for sold-timestamp?

request 2:
On the product site, we have only few information (name, description, pics, price)

When sold (means product category changes from "A" to "B", which is implemented) the line
"price: <nnn>€"

shall change to

"sold to <city>, <COUNTRY>"
