A few Paypal Website Payments Pro UK questions

I've been approved for Paypal Webiste payments pro UK.

Now I've installed Paypal Webiste payments pro UK module.

If I go to my paypal profile there is a link to request Request API credentials. Do I request Option 1 - PayPal API or Option 2 - Payflow Pro? Anyone able to confirm?
