I have re-wrote the extension directory and people can now upload commercial extensions.
I'm just in the process of re-adding all the extensions to the correct category.

What are the terms and conditions of selling extensions through opencart.com? The terms and conditions so far only read:
"I agree not to distribute this module. i will not"

i forgot about the terms and conditions. I was too excited trying to get it working.
For each sale there will be a 20% fee.
Extensions can not contain 3rd party software without permission.

Quite nice ...
1. IF someone agrees the TOC, what exactly is their definition (the 2 lines currently are nothing)?
2. 3rd party software: which permission (e.g. including a GPL extension, there is NO explicit permission!)
3. Payout 1: is there a minimum amount
4. Payout 2: until WHEN will be the amount be paid (transferred by PayPal)
5. Payout 3: what if you are not anymore (accident, etc.): who guarantees the payout
Thanks for answering.

If I a submitting an extension to your extension directory, I am concluding a contract with you.
WHO are you - or the person/company I am having this contract?
And WHERE are you/the company located?
And which right is valid for this contract?
I am still missing these details, also a contact address as well as a telephone number.
That is the legal in Europe (EU).

there is no contract.
its based on trust until i get adaptive payments working. I don't think a contract is needed for now.

It's great that you have started to sell commercial extensions, however I have just purchased flower shop theme (awsome) and paid through PayPal and clicked download only to get Page Not Found error. Is there a problem - or is it me?
