Logo Image issues in PAV Theme.

Dears friends, first of all, sorry if i write bad, i'm not a English Native.
I have a PAV theme installed in my store.
it came with a logo, but if i put my logo, with another size, it just don't work.
I don't know if i explain well, let me put some Samples of what happen.
When i choose use Logo in Opencart, looks like this.
When i choose use Logo un Theme, looks like this.
My logo is this one.
What and where should i make changes.
I try to edit stylesheet.css but i just have a basic knowledge of css language.
Could anyone help me a little bit?
