How to get a VQmod extension working

V2.3.0.2. I bought an extension that has neither documentation nor, apparently, support. The downloaded file has an XML file buried in a subfolder. There are no other files. I loaded he XML file into the XML subfolder in my VQMOD folder. What else do I need to know or do to get it working?

Hey blades,
Go into your administration and click on the extensions menu -> extension installer -> click upload -> browse to the xml file location -> select your xml file(s) and click open. The file(s) will be uploading and you will get a message whenever it it installed correctly or not.
You can enable or disable your vQMod extention(s) under the menu -> extentions -> modifications.
