How to add wording into Checkout area

Hello all...
I had someone create a module for me that required I have the customer select if the need a lift gate for their shipment. I need to add some wording after this to let customers know why they should select this. Basically I want to have it say after "Include Lift Gate Service"... Select if you do not have a loading dock or fork lift
Can someone tell me where I need to go in the system to be able to add this wording (the person who created for me is no longer available to help)
I have attached a picture to show where I am talking about.
