I try to install it on 2.3 have problems 2-3 files I found I
If someone has a specialist and can help I'm willing to give permission to enter

Well, you should better ask for Support in the commercial Section, nobody around here will
upgrade a Custom Theme for you, just for the plain Fun of it !
Just be realistic, you don't give away your Shop Products for free either, I assume.
But I believe, that it would be cheaper, after all, to contact the Creator of this theme.
