Which version I have?

from a quick look my guess would be 1.3.2, but it might be an older version than that. It can't be any newer than 1.3.4 and unless you have guest checkout turned off it can't be newer than 1.3.2 If you do have guest checkout and it is turned off then it is either 1.3.3 or 1.3.4

Can I upgrade to 1.3.7 or 1.3.8 without loosing the template?

Probably, but best to check with santosh setty as that is where the design is from.
Why not get the latest version of the theme and then upgrade to current?

well I think he meant 1.4.7 or 1.4.7 since there was no 1.3.7 or 1.3.8

and no the theme will not work "as is" there were some pretty major changes in that timeframe particularly if it is 1.3.2 or older which I believe it is there was a MAJOR theme rework in 1.3.3

I downloaded the 1.4.8b theme, but there is no greek version for 1.4.8b

I don't know what is involved in updating a language pack, but 1.4.7's greek pack is here:
