Hi
I want to merge or rather combine steps 2,3,4 and 5 into one step on my checkout page. i.e account & billing details, delivery details, delivery method and payment method to just read as "billing, delivery & payment details"

Am using the oc default template version 2.1.0.2


I also want to remove the fax, city, postcode, country, region & state fields in the account details for both register account and guest checkout option.Also when you've logged in as a returning customer and wish to use a new address option. I've tried commenting them out but I just cant seem to do it the right way without errors.

Well the billing details and the delivery details are more one and the same

I also want to incorporate pick up from store option and still keep the flat shipping rate option on this merged page.
Below ave attached images for illustration. I want to remove the greyed out areas, put the remaining under one step with the payment method incorporated as it is.
