OC 1.5.6.x Admin MySqlBuddy now works with PHP v.7.0.15

The one and only Extension, no longer able to function, after testing my latest Test OC v.1.5.6.x
to work with PHP v.7.0.15, was the famous SqlBuddy, but I found an Upgraded Version of it.

And since it works independent from OC itself, and on a separate Page, it should work for OC v.2.x as well,
after beeing linked to work as 'external' href-Function, like:
http://www.yoursite/shop/admin/sqlbuddy/
and for the very first time, one has to enter the correct DB Access Credentials, to be 'forwarded' automatically
by future access, trough OC Admin, as long as you don't LOG OUT of the SqlBuddy, but only close it's Browser
Page, when returning back to ADMIN.

And to make it accessable ONLY 'trough' the OC Admin Section, for OC v.1.5.6.x, I prepared the 2 files,
based on genious MaxD's Mod, among a slightly modified css File, to enlarge the left side DB Frame,
found in the ZIP File, so just overwrite the sqlbuddy/config.php and add the OC file into the same
Directory. I had no need to change something to work with the mysqli Driver used.
In Contrary to the original OpenShop SqlBuddy, it shows and 'handles' all Databases, one uses in the
same DB-Directory, just to mention it! But this could be changed again, by compare the files with an
old OpenShop based Version, into, displaying a single DB only, in order to avoid someone mistakenly
playing around with the wrong Database !

It's a great Tool, I use it, since I discovered the legendary OpenShop Extension, where it was part of.

...and just to mention it, I've got the famous eXtplorer OC File Editor to work with later PHPVersions
as well. It was not a very clean 'adoption', as I recall, when I made it work, but it works, and I needed it,
to make MaxD's famous TWEAK VqMod Error 'handling/fixing' Routine to work, as it used to,
then beeing part of the legendary v.1.5.x OpenShop Admin Extension.
It's going to be available, matching v.1.5.6.x Admin, whenever I find time, to check it out first again!
