Ok So I cloned a product, and since cloning the website has had a bug.
The product seems to be a specific product, which I deleted (both the original and the clone)
then i remade it with a new shorter URL to make sure it was considered a different product
The new remake is here but the bug is still happening with it

It works fine if you go in through the category search
but if you go through the brand search the whole website dies for a few minutes.

I have no clue where to begin to even start trouble shooting this product.
any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated as its going to kill my business potentially!

Well, it displays you a pretty specific error message:

Warning: file_get_contents(http://www.geoplugin.net/json.gp?ip=178.70.131.83): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden in /home/skydivin/public_html/vqmod/vqcache/vq2-catalog_controller_startup_startup.php on line 162

Might be wise to turn geolocation off.

So it turns out because im hitting the webpage so fast because im using Xenu that im being temporarily blocked by the host provider by IP so the website is not actually going down.

Product is still broken AF

Where are you finding that error, I am very new to this trouble shooting thing!

I just proxied myself to Mexico and to England and can't see the error you are seeing
May i ask the general area so i can try and reproduced your error.

I can't find a working Russian proxy, any chance you can screen shot me what it looks like so i can determine if its worth trying to fix?

Huh... I don't see this message anymore and your site opens fine. I guess it was a temporarily issue with accessing 3rd party site. Most likely it was geoplugin.net site and this is why you were having page loading delays. Looks pretty legit to me. Now works good.

The more connections to 3rd party sites you have, the bigger your chances to hit the same issue. Even google counter can slower the page loading speed sometimes. So be careful.
