Royal Mail Shipping module out of date in OC2.0.3.1

I noticed that the standard Royal Mail Shipping module is out of date in oc2.0.3.1

It has been built based upon the 2014 Royal Mail international services and coverage, and is not according to the latest 2016 services and coverage

Has anyone already updated their Royal Mail Shipping module to the 2016 rules - and can share the updated files?

I have found the arrays in catalog/model/shipping/royal_mail.php which will need to be updated - but it will be very time consuming

Is the latest OC version based on the 2016 Royal Mail rules? - could I copy the files from there?

Looking at the 2.0.3.1 and 2.3.0.2 catalog/model/shipping/royal_mail.php files i cant see any changes in the arrays so probably no good to copy the latest files

Unless there are changes elsewhere
