Order buy phone module

Hi.. i looking for some FAST ORDER BY PHONE module which ask user ONLY for its phone number.
Than send notification in admin panel + email notification with details of user phone number and some information about product that user try to order, so when i call him to know which product he try to order.

I found few similar modules but one of them do not send notification to admin panel... other have other required fields like name, email etc... or do not send details for ordered product....

Can someone help me with that?
