Members only purchases

Are there any extension for V2 for to allow "Members Only" to purchase certain products (at regular price), yet the general public can view these products, either with a special coupon code or special login?

We sell products to the general public, but have been asked to sell exclusive merchandise belonging to clubs. Currently we have a few "Club" customers and have created a page for each Club's merchandise. Some clubs allow anyone to buy these products, some clubs only allow paid-members to buy, but they want the merchandise to visible to the public to encourage membership.

For Members-Only purchasing, a voucher code could be issued to each member by way of private newsletters - the code does not have to be unique to each person (but unique to each Club).

Are there any existing extensions out there that can do this?
