RE : Adding selection button on 1 shipping method

HI all,

Need help urgently.

I had just installed "Custom Shipping and Payment Method"
But i will like to add selection button so that customer will be able to select the shipping method.

Eg:

Oversea Delivery (Request Quote)
O Air Freight
O Sea Freight
O DHL/ FEDEX

Anyone have the fastest solution for me?

Your question is not clear and screenshot is just a generic piece of checkout. What exactly are you trying to achieve?
