User's Name character length was incorrectly set

On the Guest user check out page:
http://www.mystore.com/index.php?route= ... est_step_1

When the guest user tried to enter their name, the program requires the user to enter at least 3 characters for their First Name and Last Name. However, there are many people's names only have 2 characters, particularly for people in Asia.

There are other places that the program requires the user to enter at least 3 characters for their names. Please change the minimum length to 2 characters.

Please change the program to allow users to enter two characters as their names.
