Pending Order Issue

Hi Expert,

Posting for pending order processing issue in Opencart Ver 1.5.X.X.
When the payment gateway (other than Paypal) .. if customer cancels the payment.. the order is going in pending..by default and also subtracting the stock and customer points and credit. Why this happens?

Is there some settings to stop creating pending order when payment get canceled by the.. customer.?

Very awkward.. I dont get solution for itt. Pls help***

I am also facing this issue. When the payment is canceled at the payment gateway the order is getting generated. How to stop this? I want that when payment is got canceled at the payment gateway then no order should get generated and only message should be displayed to the user that "you have canceled your order". No order history should also be generated. OC Expert please help us!!!
