Modify Address Book ... Bug?

When I'm logged in as a customer, in the account management area...

Select modify address book entries.

Address 2 field shows: {address_2)

I have checked the database and the relevant field contains a valid address entry.

This happens in the default template.

Could anyone explain this please?
