Hi Everyone,
I was so frustrated looking for a way to edit the Thumb pictures in 2.3.0.2. The issue was that 2.3 is completely different from 2.X. Do not look for it under Settings >> Images !
If you want to change the Thumb and Product image size for your theme. It is found in
Extensions >> Extensions >> Theme >> Edit
Change it there and it will go into the database.
well, it's a strictly THEME-related value, therefore, it's not such a bad idea, to put it into the Theme Configuration. And it's there for some time already, as you can see on this OCv.2.2 related image below.
