German SEO Static Pages

Hello
I am looking for a way to turn all of the static opencart pages such as affiliate, contact us etc into seo urls. I know there are extensions available to do this in english but I want one to do this in german.
Is it possible or anybody able to point me in the direction of getting something to fix this?
