Order not showing on Order list

When I tested using credit card payment, received a message saying it's complete and bank too deducted money but didn't receive a mail to admin mail id and also it's not showing on the order list.
Very upset, can't track any paid orders, no trace of them.\

then, please post such in the Commercial Section here, otherways, it could be overlooked, since DEV's are too busy usually, to check all open postings in the free Sections. But don't be upset, it will not cure your Problem.

Such phrases like ' upset + need immediate help', in the 'open+free' Sections could have an effect, contrary, to what you may expected, because no-one, not even OC, owes any OC-User anything, the moneymaker-software comes for free, as well as a bunch of additional stuff, but all without obligations.

Otherways, if you tested a 'commercial, bought' Custom credit card payment Extension, better contact the Code Creator, he may be able to assist.

But if you want someone here to be able to assist in the first place, you need to publish Figures and Facts, like an OC Version, a Theme, a Site-Link, and Links to the Extensions, you use. Then, one could possibly have an idea on such, but sure not before...
