opencart v2.2.0.0 special option will cover discount ,even .

opencart v2.2.0.0 special price will cover discount ,even discount option Priority is higher than special option.

let's take a look on picture first that I set it up for:
as brown group , purchase below 150 pc, will use special option, so the price will be 14. but if purchase over 200 pc, the price will depends on discount price. because the purchase 200 pc 's Priority is higher than special option.

As far as I remember, specials and discounts can not be properly mixed. You either use one or another.

we can compare the lower price in the end , and get that var.
